Spigot isn't a plugin, it's the thing that allows plugins lol. Also, the main plugin is called Grief Prevention, it allows you to claim land and is the most notable change from vanilla. Otherwise, the server tries to be as vanilla like as possible. Also the difficulty is "easy", not "normal", but I don't think it has much of an effect.
