I'd just make each button trigger the reset before the conversion. Of course, Binary to decimal is what matters :P Also, I feel like 10-15 should do... I dunno, something else? Each digit treated seperately, so that it can be extended?

Also, with the signs, When you place them go to the justify option and select "None", It makes it look a whole lot better.
