Another version of my test city. Make tsunamis and more ocean crap if you want.

    Or, you can use smallest possible cursor and hold below sea level far out to sea, and slowly drag inwards. This is more realistic.

    For a bigger tsunami, hold the cursor closer to the water.

    How to make tsunami: Use a medium-size circle cursor and NGRV. Click and hold high above the ocean and watch as the wave crashes onto the buildings. To stop the tsunami, release the left mouse button.
