60hz has always been "active element activation" every frame. 30hz would be every two frames, and as in this save, 15hz involves firing every four frames whereby it is 15hz regardless of the duration of the BRAY.
-
This has is supposed to fire once every 4 frames, but since one shot every two frames used to be called '60hz, he called it '30hz' because it fires exactly half the speed of the original

plus one

Make 15Hz ARAY
-
So you're suggesting that firing a BRAY with ARAY and PSCN every 3000 frames is 30Hz too?
-
@LBPHacker But BRAY exist 2 frames of 4
-
Well, except for the first few frames. It fires once and then once again 2 frames later. Then it bugs out and fires every 4 frames.

15Hz*, fires every 4 frames
