    Komap use an electron randomizer. They work better.

    Since the merc is most commonly in the center, which activates scissors, all I did was choose rock and I won 9-5

    It is random. Turn OFF Draw Decoration. There is a "dust random generation".

    In my experience it only picks rock and scissors and never paper.
