It's a bit dodgy - but solid fuel is like that. Anyway, I play KSP - if it doesn't explode, you're doing something wrong.

    Also, explodes if upside down (I don't know why... rockets just don't like that)

    This isn't dirty or salted. A dirty or salted weapon has a conventional detonation that spreads a radiogical material everywhere.
