A new, easily startable reactor using the EHOLE wall to store unreacted plutonium and increase the chance of decay upon impact with a neutron. Auto shuts down regularly based on temp and pressure, and restarts in bursts due to the EHOLE.

    There aren't turbines. I've pushed for them to exist, but they don't sadly.
