and in that you need 80% water, 20% additive material, and a .5 m coating of pykrete in the outside

to total, the structures surface area would be 72.2 km^2

You can't really mix aerogels into pykrete, or anything for that matter.

and if you add aerogels into the mix, you would only have to coat the outer layer with about half a meter thick of the material, as well as the interior to compensate with the pressure and structural intergrity
