Utilizes DRAY and well, DRAY to duplicate a offline torpedo, and transport a power cell into it. The torpedo is not mine, but i can't find the guy's name.

    closer launcher = damage to launcher, and i don't fully understand the concept of pistons except extending, contracting, and that the ctype determines what it can't push.
