Should be on the forums really, but anyway i disagree, i feel that this game is so special because almost all of the saves are handmade (the good and the bad) take BuysDB for example, they made some incredible stuff and all it took was time and effort and i feel the save is more special for that.

What is stopping the rules from being changed? it's not like the moderators are bots hard-coded into the very core functionality of the game.. you literally have to change nothing but a few lines of text in a rulebook.
This should be a forum post instead, as with element suggestions, but this game has some arbitrary rules that we must live with, sadly. I know that if I ever get FP (I probably won't, since I only play rarely anymore and this game is dying.) I will absolutely thank people for giving me FP, rules be damned.
