I have always been a big fan of indie games, so I decided to make some pixel art of some famous indie characters! ^_^ I'm probally not going to do another thing like this for a long time. XD All characters (c) their respective owners.

Don't worry bro, no harm done. But for future references TOUHOU refers to the main games themselves, while The TOUHOU Project refers to the entire series including main-series games, fan-games and spin-offs like fighting games and platformers. :)

And even if you don't consider the main games in the series that are actually MADE by Team Shanghai Alice to be indie, ZUN actually said that any and all fan-games are actually canon, hence why I (and most other people) see it as being indie and also why I put 'the TOUHOU Project' instead of just 'the TOUHOU series' like Shantae, it's a collective term.

Actually Touhou is indie, it's all made by one guy ZUN, under a studio name (for copyright reasons) called Team Shanghai Alice. It IS actually indie because of this, ZUN just holds copyright for the characters in it.
