replaced with a laser with the same superheater at the exact same position but the beam isn't segmented, the """"bug"""" isn't there.

Not a bug, but an odd effect. the phot wants to move three pxl forward, but is stopped by a wall. The phot is stopped by a wall. Luckily for the phot, it can move inside of glass. Unluckily for the phot, the glass is only two pxl away. The phot is deleted. However, if the phot has made contact with the glass, it can keep going.

This is not a bug. The velocity of the phot causes it to generate every 4 pixels, ie two blanks in between each one. When you place ANY block on the spot it should generate in it blocks it and it cant generate. So, the game checks and since nothing is touching there is no heat transfer. Now if you place it with 1 pixel of space, the game checks and sees that it can place but since the line is being blocked it still breaks it. sorry for the largeness

i think its because that 1 pxl kinda blocks the glass because game "crashes" in photon shattering script and photon get's deleted (if there is 1x1x1 pxl of glass game think that 1pxl of glass is not enough to start the so it bugs)
