    to get to fp a save has to be popular, if people didnt want deco art on fp they would downvote it and it wouldnt reach fp.

    it really makes me sad that deco art still gets demoted :( if you look through the comments the only one with anything negative to say is "demoting becuse deco art" the people of TPT want deco art on FP.

    @jacob1: I've had lots of other deco art saves, so why weren't they demoted too? They got removed due to "inactivity", I believe. Is this a new rule? I don't really remember this being such a rough rule or a rule at all, lol.
