    Yes you are right, in 1999 some scientiests found a new dimension, they where able to watch all anime for free because it the dimension was a website called proxer.me, thats why they called the 4th dimension the "Weeabo dimension"!

    I honestly don't believe the fourth dimension is time. Rather, it is a seperate continuously flowing plane that all objects move through.

    Tower 47 is one of two towers shown in the anime, located in Japan. The other town shown was Tower 60, located in a fictional country in Africa.

    Well, weeb is a term that actually means someone that disreguards their own culture and believes that the Japanese culture is superior to all others. But it's more of a universal term for people that watch anime.
