It creates photons that have the same colour as neutrons, but they can be converted into neutrons with INVS. If you make something with GLAS and INVS in the right positions, it makes a lot of particles but eventually slows down, as the neutrons will generate a lot of pressure, and stop the INVS from working until the presuure decreases. If you add PUMP and set it to 0 degrees celsius and put it next to the invs, you basically have an infinite PHOT/NEUT machine
