I didn't design it to withstand DEST and BOMB but I found that PBCN kept breaking whenever the building itself sustained an attack that involved high pressure and the building itself was unharmed. Still could insulate it with TTAN however I was going for the small route. Might redesign into a larger version though -

Prettty decent... a mid power lazer melts the whole thing bar the cooled bits... PCLN invites the use of DEST and BOMB however as it's not a breakable object, and without wanting to be harsh... this wouldn't stand to DEST and BOMB
