    Yes it can. you dismantle the button, hack the system and send out a Forced Shutdown command. OR reverse time to before the button was pressed, and prevent it form ever being pressed!

    Dont worry! You can trust me. If there is a 200 Terraton nuke coming your capitals way, there is a good reason for it! (usually) But i plan my attacks in a way that no civils will be hurt.
