Light, efficient. Comfortable, I hope :) Front-wheel drive. Turn on generator and fuel tanks to store hydrogen and oxygen. Switch seamlessly from straight solar power to fuel cell. Water from fuel cell is recycled. Choose power source, stomp GO!

  Ahhhh. It just occurred to me that using sawdust in a float valve (instead of a lighter liquid) will make it work even in water equalization mode.
