This was my attempt to create a universal, multi-layer, stealth coating. This version works very well to avoid detection by the current technologies (NEUT or PHOT based). While not 100% consistant in results, it works majority of the time

    The main flaw is that the COAL will breakdown over time from NEUT. Making it more vulnerable to PHOT detection. This was mainly an attempt and to possibly spur a line of non-active stealth technology.
