i just made this like a save thats charging the VIBR nothing else. but thank you for the information on VIBR. -

things are not as excitng as you thought: vibr is charged by pressure, discharged by vacuum, charged by heat, discharged by cold, and charged by absorbing energy particles, and it doesn't have a list of elements that charge it somewhere.
