This chip has a new feature, which could reduce the number of randomizers in an AI. Now the active sensors can be commanded to enable a certain direction besides completely random reprogramming.

@Almist04 I think everyone will agree that such things always look like a bunch of stuff that doesnt make sense. Even to the creator. However if you inspect it reeaally closely you will eventually know what component does what, (or if someone just tells you) and, yes it will still look like a bunch of INST but you will have a mental image of what is what.
