    Okay, I am a bit wrong, but still, I showed an outcome of what can happen using the rules you(in plural) pointed out. I find these out not by closely looking at the reactions between elements. I find these by... just playing around until something interesting happens.

    if you have a energy wall indide the tightly packed area it the warp will push ALL the photons into it, this can be used to make really cool neon-esc effects

    As other pointed out - no. It's EXOT that produces WARP when exposed to ELEC. If you make the space smaller, there is a bigger chance of the EXOT exploding and releasing WARP. And as you know, VIBR produces EXOT and ELEC when it explodes. Good thought tho.
