    There is one good reason to leave the DLAY exposed -- its temp can be changed without rebuilding the stack. Unfortunately, putting it on top doesn't work.

    Hm, yes, I know, but 4 particles is still 4 particles. Of course if one needed to stick a wifi in that newly freed-up space it would be worthwhile. :)

    Just put TTAN on the top of DLAY (layering), then add a NSCN on the left and a PSCN on the right. This will be 1x3=3 pixel. It will still use 4 parts, but it will be smaller.
