Got bored, so I made a tilable array of lasers, then I pasted 2048 of them that converge to a single beam, which gets compressed to a single point of electrons, and instantly activates vibranium. Makes 200k photons, so of course it's going to be laggy.

    A single charged bullet adds 4 million TMP to the VIBR, and if you disable shutoff and extend the life of the VIBR, it reaches the 32-bit integer limit in under half an hour, at which point the count goes negative and starts back from 0
