i was bored (as i always am), so i decided to try making a version of internet similar to AndrewPoint3's basic internet, the main differences are that now you can transmit 8 bits at a time instead of 4, and something else that ill say in the comments.

    (continuation of description) another difference is that there is an extra line for a clock signal so that you can send the zero byte to address zero, and the final difference is that the transmitters and receivers actually work.
