This is nuclear power plant that works on plutonium. INSTRUCTION: waste pipe - remove some plutonium from reactor, water control - add water to steam tower, NEUT - start reaction, plutonium - add PLUT to reactor, conduct temperature - open TEMP pipe

I like this save for making the reactor hard to control. You have to go to a risk to get enough heat and you have to do something all the time. The explosion is good too. Many reactors don't explode really good so +1 -
