its my school chromebook and i dont know what to do, most games dont have passwords and i lost all data i could log back on with this but my files my playlist my homework are gone!!!

but when it crashed i was opening a new tab, i dunno i mightve had like 12 open at the time but my chromebooks storage was low ik that but then it just froze and thats it -

Also, if you could give me a description on what you were doing during the time it crashed. -
