    @lordoftheworld https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chernobyl#/map/0 here's a map of the area. The yellow triangle is the power plant. Now unless you are blind the powerplant is much closer to pripyat. Search up the Chernobyl nuclear reactor, not the city.

    Sunny17431: The Chernobyl nuclear power plant will be built in Chernobyl, not in Pripyat! Pripyat is built for people working at the station, so in fact the Chernobyl Station!

    The reactor was 3km away from pripyat and 15km away from chernobyl.

    @lordoftheworld, the chernobyl reactor is not actually within the area of chernobyl, it is in fact much closer to prypyat than chernobyl. Please just go do a little research, its not that hard

    MakyG: it would be more realistic if the reactor exploded for the most part rather than melted. The melting was not so deep, it stopped in the Barboter Basins
