I'm sure if someone staggered the components more, or did something creative we could have a subframe particle detector. Of course, this is just a proof of concept and a rather unorthodox use of pistons

b/c the conductors aren't subframe, it flashes on vertical movements and horizontal movements, but it works well for diagonal movements since the screen gets refreshed every frame with the dray (but you can ignore that bit)

If you step using tpt.setdebug(8) and use shift+f you can update the sim to specific particles (ie the pistons) and see they retract after the LDTC has updated, allow the CRAY to update, then the 2nd set of pistons pulls the whole thing back. (it does this for the odd and even numbered ldtc's on top)
