    NPC2 The timing of the signal is what determines where the signal is outputed, the machines are in sync and looping in 8 tick intervals and that is what makes this possible.

    How does plasma like this transfer a literal Byte of data? How does the input affect the transmitting ETRD, what difference does it make, and how is this difference identified?
