Don't use anything penetrating like VIRS, DRAY, BOMB, AMTR, WARP, etc. The only way to get through the vibranium casing should be to explode it.

    I used Virus and then plasma.

    I got through the outside shell by stacking a few DEUT bombs, and then pounding it with nukes. I got through the second shell by relentlessly detonating DEUT bombs consecutively.
