This thing doesn't work, and I need help! Does anyone know how I can make a smaller Binary to BCD converter? (or one that works lol) or how I can make a better encoder. Thanks so much :D (P.s the big block things are shift-add-3 encoders)

  BIN>DEC is just adresser with 2^X where X is count of pins what used to choose number (ada adress)
