It was once a neat counter, and still a neat counter! Turns out the error was caused by updated SWCH's weird behavior with particle id. It's fixed by raising conductor's particle id instead. The downside is that the fix needs active components to work.

    The counter itself is literally 7 years old and is broken now, this is just a fix of it. With modern techs it can be much faster and smaller.. Still a cool counter though.
