I know that filter memory is better but idk how it works so on my next projects ill use this ok? ok.

yeah, this isnt new. ive made basically a better version of this with multiple readable addresses, as well as another iteration on top of that which adds writability, but they both rely on the basic concept of shooting ARAYs through some elements and detecting where its obscured -
