I found a BHOL formed in the LAVA because too many FIGHs jumped into it.
When the heads of FIGH touches LAVA, they will drop particles of LAVA upon death. So the level and temperature of LAVA are not going to decrease.

There is no bug, this is expected behaviour. The CLNE makes what it was told to make. The LAVA kills them, as normal, and the DUST from their deaths burns off immediately (or doesn't spawn at all, if they're below the surface when they die).
