when saving a save there is some weird stuff that happens with velocity. bug? compression? i dont know

    well i just tried it again and it still did the square thing so idk whats up with that

    Very interesting, I tried the exact same thing (and I even got the exact same size blob as the one in the save), but the squarification of velocities didn't happen; not even after saving and loading.

    if you're wondering about the stray fast particle, i forgot that particle numbers start at 0 so that one wasn't slowed down, it wasn't due to the saving

    and then used the console to slow down all the grvt by dividing each particle's vx and vy by 10

    i put a circle of grvt, let it collapse on itself then turned off N. Gravity when it was at it's most compressed point

    why's the expansion look all square tho, it was a circle before saving

    Yeah it's compession. vx/vy are saved in increments of 1/16.
