4 kiloword FILT ROM. Functionally equivalent to my previous 4kb ROM but with a much smaller footprint and 30-bit words totaling 15.3KB of equivelant space.

    set the address you'd like to read from and then spark read and youll get an output on the top left, in order to edit data on the FILT though you'll need to set their ctypes. no data is stored in the leftmost collumn of FILT btw
