    Another thing I noticed is that because 1/3 of the nuke is thermite, it exploded instantly, not allowing the Uranium (uran) or Plutonium (plut) to react. A strategy I would recommend would be to: A.) Make the nuke top-down and not sede-to-side, and B.) Have less thermite and more reactive elements like Deuterium (deut). Instead of hand drawing the bomb like you did, use ctrl+left click and shift + left click for straighter lines, and use [ and ] to change brush sizes.

    So first off, you should use bmtl (breakable metal) instead of brck (brick). That way, you have even distribution of electricity hitting everything. Next, rubd (Rubidium) is a solid, so you can use that as a way to create blocks inside of your nuke to contain different elements, while retaining explosive force.
