    Because the neurons have a cellular part that accelerates the eletrical pulses on themselves, soo people that think slowly, is mostly because of this part. Note: The part on the neuron that looks like a sausage(lol) is the part that does the acceleration of eletrical pulses, that are made by the change of negative and positive charges of some quimical molecules(the eletrical pulses, of course).
