Radioisotope power plant. It produces electricity out of polonium emitted neutrons converted into photons and absorbed by PSCN-NSCN photovoltaic cells. It has 51 fission cores. Sometimes it will turn into an perpetual generator due to some bug.

don't use infinite emp on it it still works but you get the option to never disable it if you ever could -

Transformer is suppposed to be on the right to step up the electricity and be transmitted to the city, but nonetheless its a very nice design +1 -
