    i have a idea... what if you could use the light created via the fusion to power a semiconductor based cooling system using stor it could withstand the temps and pressures withould comprimizing effency.

    i put two co2 clones on the component showcase version and it ran untill the fuel supplly ran low and the auto stop system started.

    there is space for a kind of cooling system at the nozzle. it could solve the exploding issue.

    Edit: I put one more extended quickstart package in while the thing was operational, the only thing that got damaged was the flame trench from the superheated output.
