The Current Capitol of the I.S.C.U, the architecture, while luxurious, has made manhatten unrecognizable. The sky bridges were built before the floodwalls of the east river, in an attempt to avoid the rising seas, now a pillar of architecture.

    Additionally: The save's sign and description are inconsistent, The former says Union, the latter says Empire.
