    Implemented a PSCN firing one, ty for idea and checking it out :)

    Class 4 (which is pretty good for a pulse lazer) This is a pretty good lazer, some improvements could be made however such as powering the ARAY with PSCN so it's faster (and could pulse faster therefore getting a higher class on my tester) but overall great job!
