Ruins of some type of factory. It looks like they were bombed. Was this the result of some war?

    I decided to publish it today after it just sat there for a few months.

    I tried to build some type of plutonium processing factory and oil/diesel tanks. Got bored and bombed the wip added some water and thats the save you have infront of you today.
