  @BGF, It's slightly complicated... ish. You cannot advertise for attention. People who advertise actually say "check this out/vote on this pls" openly, so that is not allowed, according to Devs, I think. Putting other ID's in, when it relates to conversation should generally be ok. It rarely results in incident, as far as I'm aware.

  how is it "possible" if the part that connects all the tubes (and by extension the top tube itself) is actually empty space (try floodfilling it)
