Does what it says on the tin. Uses EXOT with a high LIFE, tmp and tmp2 to repair materials after a few seconds.

    For anyone wondering how I found it, I was just messing about with EXOT and boom. I was intrigued, and so I played around with it a bit more, and then I found this property of it being able to copy elements. I may consider using this in my bunker.
