took one nuke to destroy everything but the heac, then next nuke removed the heac
if you leave it for like 20 mins it kills itself! Time kills all.
i used just the destr and a little bit of virus.
I used 1 proton bomb and some virus and it got through
I Completely Destroyed All of The Layer except The HEAC LAYER Since My Nuke Has LIGH Its Impossible... Also I Destroyed All of Outerlayer with 3 The Pheonix Rebirth Nuke THE rest was attemp to destroy the the Heac.....
