The Pu explosion that leveled most of the old Nuclear Laboratory, leaving contamination being vigorously cleaned until thirty years later, when the radiation was cleared and the lab was rebuilt. The ambient radiation is still 3.73272 times normal though.

Because, this isnt that good of a save, Nukes have been overdone in TPT try doing something new -
