It is work in progress. I probably won't add an atmosphere because it will probably ruin the save, but you may add Co2 or Oxygen if you wish. The plants can convert Co2 to Oyxgen.

you could use a hygn power cell for the reactor. there is a ton of ice evrywhere so it makes sense -
