This is the accidental creation of the Dirty Nuke. When I Random_builder was trying to build a thermal bomb and messing around with different reactions I created this. Its unintentional creation is now for every one to use to create radioactive wasteland

    because when vibr blows up then polo gets scattered everywhere and vibr turns into exotic then after the net from polo turns exot into more polo turning the landscape into a radioactive wasteland

    Its charged VIBR which takes time to explode. It also has POLO which melts at low temp.
